Newsletter 18th February
As this half term draws to a close and I reflect back on the last 7 weeks, one has to say that it’s been rather full on and Storm Eunice topped it off, forcing us into an unorthodox end to term. High cases of COVID amongst the staff and the children have made whole class teaching somewhat a bit of a challenge. The staff have all worked really hard to juggle the disruption to ensure the children get the best provision we are able to provide. The children, as always, have been extremely resilient and have adapted to the ever changing structure to the school day.
I feel very optimistic about the second half of the school year and I am looking forward to lots of the exciting events that are planned into the diary. Straight after half term, we have got school trips going out and the Y4 children are off the Forest of Dean on residential on 16th March.
