Newsletter 19th April

Following what I hope was a restful Easter break for you all, the new term has swung into action with lots on new topics starting across the school. There is a real buzz in the air as the children throw themselves into their exciting new learning. The Y6 pupils completed their Bikeability        Training last week and it is great to see them cycling independently to school; the bike shed has never been so busy. We welcomed 15 trainee secondary school teachers from The University of Gloucestershire to Glenfall this week to look at maths teaching across the school. We have also had some trainee science teachers from UoG in school too and they worked with Y5 on a           sustainability project and built Bug Hotels.
