The two weeks in school since we returned from the half term break seem to have gone by so quickly. There have been lots of exciting things going on in the school and the rest of the term looks set to be really busy.
The children in KS2 all went to the Scince Festival during our science week in school. They enjoyed attending specific workshops but the Arcade and Maker Tent were firm favourites amongst the children. Reception and EYFS enjoyed a science workshop called Milky Bubbles in school. Our Science Ambassadors were also busy during science week organising and judging the musical instrument competition which they ran over the half term break. The competition was so well supported and we had over thirty entries for the competition. From cardboard box guitars to carrot flutes and radiator pipe xylophones – all of the entries were amazing.
