It’s hard to believe that two weeks have already passed since we returned from half term. The change in the weather has been very welcome and it has been amazing to see the children enjoying the sun and also getting onto the field at lunchtimes this week.
World book day was a huge success and it was wonderful to see the children dressed up in their costumes. You can see from the photographs that it was a joyous occasion. I think Mrs Pasquet stole the show this year with a three part costume. In the morning she was a caterpillar, at lunchtime she was a chrysalis and in the afternoon she was a butterfly. I wonder if you can guess which book she was ! The Book Swap today was also another amazing event with the children swapping some of their old books for new ones. There were so many books! Thank you Mrs Pasquet for coordinating the World Bok Day events this year – the children loved it.
